I have been taking my dog ​​to her for treatment for several years and have consistently felt very well cared for. Scheduling appointments is reliable and straightforward: I always get a suitable appointment quickly, and thanks to the targeted scheduling, there are practically no waiting times. If I do happen to have to wait two or three minutes, it's perfectly clear that another animal patient is receiving focused care – and that's completely understandable. The practice team is friendly and calm, and they explain every step clearly. This clear and structured communication takes a lot of pressure off situations that can otherwise quickly become stressful for both animal and owner. Dr. Asal impresses with her direct, approachable manner and her many years of experience. I especially appreciate her highly targeted approach to treatment: She clearly explains why each step is appropriate and avoids unnecessary procedures. This way, you always know exactly where you stand – and that builds trust. Furthermore, she is well-informed internationally and can offer helpful tips for traveling abroad with your dog. The practice is easily accessible, offers ample parking, and is within a pleasant walking distance of downtown Bühl. Overall, it's a very reliable veterinary care service where expertise, good organization, and a structured approach are clearly evident.

Absolute professional competence with complete dedication, even during her well-deserved vacation. She saved our paralyzed dog from certain euthanasia, where other veterinarians had already given up. After a long time, we can go for walks again, unbelievable :-). Highly recommended!
