Reviews
She dedicates ample time to each animal and its owner, demonstrating both competence and empathy. Her diagnoses are precise and conscientious. Lab results are communicated promptly, and they also check in on the animal's well-being. A fantastic team! My dog, Endy, happily walked into their examination rooms, even though she wasn't entirely fearless. The most beautiful and special gift she gave us was the euthanasia at home. It couldn't have been more gentle for Endy and me. It was a great comfort during the grieving process. I am incredibly grateful for that. A veterinary team with a true calling. I highly recommend them. 🐶
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this practice. In my opinion, the staff barely spend any time with the animals and don't listen properly to the owners. My cat is extremely anxious, which I clearly stated several times before the treatment. Nevertheless, the vaccination was administered very carelessly. My cat ran off in a panic while the needle was still in his neck. When he finally got to the floor, two people held him down and forced him to finish the vaccination. I found this situation extremely stressful and inappropriate. As a result, an injection abscess developed, which later had to be treated by another veterinarian. With my cat, who suffers from a chronic illness, I also didn't get the impression that a thorough diagnosis was performed. Instead of investigating the causes of the symptoms or listening more carefully, they simply prescribed medication and administered injections. We subsequently discussed more detailed treatment options and follow-up care with another veterinary practice, which took significantly more time for us. Overall, I got the impression that little time was invested and that the financial aspect was the primary focus. Therefore, I will not be returning to this practice. While I initially had a good feeling, in my opinion, the practice is not suitable for a calm, empathetic approach to anxious animals or for a thorough examination of illnesses.
A truly wonderful and empathetic veterinarian. I've been taking my dogs to her for over 10 years. She has always been very attentive and taken her time, which has been incredibly helpful. From nail trimming to vaccinations and neutering my male dog, everything has been handled flawlessly and with genuine empathy towards both people and animals! I don't want to make a blanket statement about whether she's expensive or not. I've also been to locum vets who were comparable. And honestly, I'd rather pay a few euros more and have a competent, caring vet with a great team than a "rush job" kind of doctor.
I'm very happy with the vet; she's very kind and explains everything well. My mice feel well cared for there. The only problem is that I took my cat (or so I thought 😁) for neutering and got a female cat back 🤣🤣🤣 (it was never a male cat).
Due to a move, I had to find a new vet and I'm absolutely delighted to have found this practice. We're treating our very old German Shepherd mix here, who now has a few health issues due to her age. The entire team is incredibly kind, loving with the animals, and incredibly helpful – even outside of regular office hours. They'll even call (in the case of more serious illnesses) to check on the animal's condition and offer further helpful advice. They patiently take their time, providing individual attention to each patient. And yes, this can sometimes lead to longer waiting times, but because it means receiving truly excellent and thorough advice, it's absolutely worth it!
