If I could give zero stars, I would! I was there today because my cat has a head wound. He'd already had the same wound treated elsewhere, most recently with Manuka honey. When I arrived today to buy the ointment, they first told me I had to give my pet's name, otherwise it couldn't be assigned to my pet for sale. And when the woman saw that I hadn't been there for "over a year," she said she wasn't allowed to sell it to me; I had to come back again first. Despite my injured pet, past treatments, and the best part—the ointment wasn't even prescription-only, but available over the counter at the vet. This practice is acting completely arbitrarily. So much for valuing patients and their animals. P.S. The Salzhofen 3 Animal Clinic in Bretten then sold me the ointment without any information or even having me as a patient there.
