Great vet!
Yes, a complete disappointment. Both of our cats had to undergo follow-up surgery after being spayed due to incisional hernias. The stitches weren't intradermal and were apparently loose. Everything held up during the follow-up surgery performed by my outpatient vet. One cat had to have two follow-up surgeries because the first time she had an open abdominal wound and almost died. We're filing a claim with the vet because the insurance isn't covering it, but I would advise against this vet. After the follow-up surgeries, the animals were able to play and romp around like normal cats do because they were stitched intradermally three times (even after the incisional hernia)...something is definitely wrong with this practice. Well, at least we have a good vet who also does outpatient work. And our cats are still alive thanks to her and the emergency vet.
I spoke to this vet on the phone because my dog was very ill due to rat poison and died that same day. His statement on the phone was on a Saturday at noon. "No, you can't come by because I'm not actually there." What kind of statement is that? Thank you very much.
A very nice veterinarian! He explains very precisely what is happening to the animal and what will happen. He gives his honest opinion on what treatment and therapy would still be beneficial for the animal. He doesn't suggest expensive treatments that are unnecessary and pointless. He is a very honest and competent veterinarian! If he doesn't have office hours but you call him, he comes to the practice as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied with Dr. Csaszar, and I have been taking my cat to him for years!
Absolutely terrible! 😭🪽 He'd known about his illness for a long time. Afterwards, I went to a different doctor. The doctor there said he should have acted immediately back then and prescribed medication to stop his illness from progressing so rapidly. But he let him suffer.
