We would like to thank the team. They were friendly and accommodating. Our cat, Mausi, was very ill. We got an appointment quickly. Unfortunately, they couldn't help her either, so we had to let her cross the rainbow bridge. Thanks again, despite the sad ending.

We took our dog to the vet today for the first time, as we've recently moved and don't want to travel to Berlin for every vet visit. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and the wait time was reasonable. The practice is very modern and spacious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Our dog is a rescue and occasionally has issues with men, or rather, she's afraid of them, but she accepted Dr. Görner immediately and allowed him to examine her without any problems. Dr. Görner takes his time and conducts the examination calmly and with empathy. The practice is generally very pleasant, and we'll gladly return. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience at the vet's office yesterday. We were there with our 6-month-old puppy for a follow-up injection due to an illness following a tick bite. Mr. Görner apparently didn't agree with our chosen preventative treatment and felt the need to voice his disapproval. The worst part for us, however, was how the injection was forced into our little dog. He screamed so loudly, something I've never experienced with any other dog! The injections are very painful, which is why they used to inject a fluid depot under the skin and then the active ingredient into it. I received no explanation as to why this wasn't done. Furthermore, Mr. Görner, we diligently followed the pharmaceutical industry's recommendations for our Hovawart, Bina. She still died. So please, leave it to us.
