Simply the best veterinarian. We've been clients for seven years now, with both small and large animals. From vaccinations, pregnancy checks, puppy care, kittens, and treating horses to surgeries and even end-of-life care, he's handled it all. He's always ready to listen, always 100% committed, quick to respond, and extremely competent. We have complete trust in this veterinarian!

We went to see Mr. Heinrich for emergency treatment on the evening of January 29, 2026, because my dog ​​had a rash under his eye that needed stitches. Mr. Heinrich was reachable by cell phone, and after I explained the situation, he told me to come in. Once it was clear that stitches were necessary, he explained every single step and patiently answered all our questions. He took a lot of time to help my dog ​​recover. On January 31, 2026, we went back for a follow-up appointment, and he examined and explained everything again thoroughly. I am completely satisfied with him, his examination, and his care. As an emergency patient, I can't understand the negative reviews. He works cleanly, conscientiously, and clearly enjoys his work. You can search high and low for veterinarians like him, and you'll hardly find anyone like him. As a customer, I felt understood and am so glad he treated us. Unfortunately, we've had other vets who aren't so positive and are only after money. Dear Mr. Heinrich, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating us.
