I spontaneously took our dog Lenny to Dr. Stefan Görner's Saturday appointment today because he hadn't been feeling well for about a day. Even though we arrived without an appointment, we were greeted very warmly. Dr. Görner took plenty of time, calmly explained everything, and examined Lenny very carefully. His high level of expertise is immediately apparent, combined with a very pleasant and calm manner in dealing with both animal and owner. I was particularly pleased that the immediate focus was on providing targeted help: Lenny was given medication right away, and he's already feeling better. Blood was also drawn so that we can discuss the best possible further treatment together after the results are available. I am truly grateful for the prompt assistance and the professional yet compassionate care. You feel that your pet is taken seriously and is in good hands there.
