I feel my three senior horses are in excellent hands and well cared for at Dr. Polzin's practice. From the friendly staff member on the phone to the competent, comprehensive advice, medical care, and above all, the consistently animal-friendly treatment provided by Dr. Polzin, everything has been top-notch. Whether it's dental work or the lengthy treatment of my horse with equine asthma... Dr. Polzin has always provided excellent, animal-friendly solutions!

Helpless, ignored, and abandoned – a disaster for my pet. My dog ​​suffered for weeks from severe diarrhea, visible pain, and increasing physical deterioration. I was at Dr. Polzin's practice every two days – sometimes even daily. When I made it clear that my dog ​​was extremely ill – that I feared the end was near – I was ignored or turned away. My plea for euthanasia was disregarded. He wouldn't even drink water anymore. In the end, it wasn't liver failure, as suspected, but a ruptured tumor in his abdomen. Had modern diagnostic methods been used – as other veterinarians later applied without difficulty – this would have been discovered long ago. I bitterly blame myself for not having switched sooner. My dog ​​died a painful death. This could have been prevented, or at least handled more humanely, with timely and thorough diagnosis. For me, it's clear: This practice was not helpful in a critical situation, but a tragic dead end.

I had an emergency with my cat on Saturday and was able to get in quickly for treatment. My cat is doing better now. Since this is my first time owning a cat, I was shown how to feed him, and I'm really grateful that everything went so smoothly and that I left the practice feeling well-informed. Psyko (my cat) and I were very, very happy. Thanks again!
