I was to this vet for like 2yrs and I can tell Frau Rupp was racist with us.After my dog was sick and we paid als other 3k in 2 months she count tell what was wrong with the dog and after I told her I will not pay anymore for nothing she started to ask me what I do for a living and why I bought dogs if I have no money ... excuse me.I understand Ausla ders are a problem in germany but we work here , we pay taxes like any other ppl.Very unprofessional
I've taken my rabbits to the veterinary practice several times. The vet, Dr. Kristinus, who specializes in rabbits, is highly competent and genuinely acts in the best interests of the animals. Everything is explained clearly and thoroughly. She handles the animals very well, ensuring they are as comfortable as possible. I've never had a better vet. Thank you so much for your service!
