"Honestly, I can't understand the bad reviews at all. We've been taking our sick dog Bella to Dr. Riemann for almost seven years. Throughout all this time, we've always felt taken seriously and in excellent hands. Dr. Riemann and his wonderful team have always made time for us – even when the waiting room was full. Without Dr. Riemann, we probably wouldn't have our beloved Bella anymore. We will always be grateful to him for that. We absolutely cannot confirm the claim that he's only in it for the money. For him, the animals and their well-being come first. Thank you so much for the many years of loving and competent care. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Riemann and his team." ❤️🐾

Unsympathetic veterinarian! We are all incredibly grateful to the woman who tried to help us at 10:30 PM! She did everything she could to help our cat (who had an acute condition that unfortunately led to her being euthanized the next day). She told us to call Mr. Riemann at 8:00 AM so he could take a closer look. We called at 8:00 AM sharp, but the cat hadn't slept all night, only convulsed and was in pain. We explained everything to him, and the painful meowing was clearly audible in the background. His response: "I didn't see the animal. Come to Sömmerda at 1:00 PM." That was it—no sympathy, no follow-up, just a curt reply. The upshot is, we went to another veterinarian who opened at 10:00 AM, but unfortunately, we had to have our cat euthanized because it was too late. I'm very disappointed. If he behaved like that, I would be utterly ashamed.
