The reason for my review is not a happy one...we had to say goodbye to our 16-year-old British Shorthair cat, Angus, today. Ms. Werner and her team supported me and Angus with such empathy that words and a simple thank you cannot express it. We have had to say goodbye to beloved pets over the years; however, I have never experienced such dignity and empathy for both the animals and their owners as I did today. I thank Ms. Werner and the entire team for this dignified support. His soul is now free. 🫶🏻🙏🏻🌈

I visited this practice for the first time today and got an appointment at very short notice. I was very happy, as one of my cats wasn't feeling well. A very friendly team, both the receptionist and the doctor. Highly recommended. 👍

I am very grateful to Ms. Pasche and the entire team. We always receive help; everyone is very kind and empathetic, even with somewhat difficult patients.
