You always receive a very warm welcome, they take their time, and Dr. Theile is genuinely caring and empathetic towards both people and animals. She is honest yet also compassionate. We have been regular patients for many years. In an emergency with my cat Meri, I was able to find a sympathetic ear even without an appointment, outside of regular hours (!!!).
