The practice took us in as an emergency patient without an appointment because our usual practice was closed. I immediately felt comfortable and was satisfied with the examination and treatment; everyone was friendly, helpful, responded quickly, and provided excellent support. My little one was also quite relaxed and patient. We were also given a lot of information to take home, so the cost was justified. Overall, I'm just so happy that the practice had time for me and that my little one was treated there. Thank you so much! 🍀

Available 24/7. Honest, open, and clear communication. Transparent agreements between all parties. The root cause of the problem was identified and resolved. I am more than satisfied with the treatment at the Eichhäuser Hof veterinary practice. I have had both dogs and horses treated by Dr. Von Scheven and always received excellent advice and my animals were well cared for. I can recommend the practice 100%. 👍🏻

Thanks to Dr. Scheven, my horse is doing very well again after only two weeks. I had previously consulted a different vet, and unfortunately, the treatment only made things worse. Almuth is truly dedicated and takes exceptional care of both horse and owner. She is always transparent and highly knowledgeable. Price is no object when health is the priority, and good work should be well rewarded.

I took my cat to the Scheven veterinary practice after he had an epileptic seizure. They immediately did a blood test, gave him an IV, a vitamin injection, and dewormed him—it all happened so fast, I was completely overwhelmed. Of course, you want to help your pet. The blood test revealed that my cat had severe inflammation. The vet said it could be related to his teeth, so he was scheduled for anesthesia the day after next, with teeth cleaned and extracted. The cost was approximately €350. I was given medication to take home and told to pay the bill immediately: €678, not including the dental work. I thought my cat was recovering, but unfortunately, he died that same day. I returned the medication, and they checked if everything was in its original packaging. There was no mention of my cat, and no attempt at compensation. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this practice.
