Reviews
I've always taken my dogs, and I used to take my horse, to this veterinary practice as well. I'm very satisfied. Everyone is always very friendly and happy to answer questions, even those from overprotective dog owners that might seem unnecessary. And my dog Milo also enjoys going to the vet.
I simply cannot understand all the bad reviews… I've been going to Beate for 25 years and she has always treated everything – dogs, cats, and horses – with utmost honesty and skill. I can absolutely recommend her practice.
Although a nice person, he lacks professional competence. Our dog had an injury on his paw (an abscess). Until we pointed it out on the fourth day, he only gave him antibiotics and fever reducers. On the fourth day, he squeezed the abscess without cleaning the area or removing any hair, applied drawing salve, and bandaged it. He was supposed to come back for a check-up at 3 p.m. today. Despite the incorrect treatment, the vet charged us €360.00. Today, the fifth day, at 10:15 a.m., I took the dog to the Heilbronn Clinic. He was in a life-threatening condition with a fever of 41.2°C (106.2°F). We can only hope he survives until tomorrow. For me, this is unacceptable; that was the last time I'll ever see Dr. Zerzawy!
Better to go to Dr. Waberscheck in Hüffenhard! You'll be so ripped off, the examinations are dragged out, and you're constantly told that everything is fine, that the exact cause of the condition is still unclear, and that they'll keep looking! When my dog's condition kept getting worse and nothing was being done, I couldn't wait for the blood test results any longer and went to another vet who diagnosed my dog with intestinal cancer and the poor creature had to endure such agony! The poor animal was put down that same day. The result was clear after an ultrasound and numerous other tests! If dear Dr. Zerzawy had just done a proper examination, the poor dog wouldn't have had to suffer for so long! Avoid this vet! Your animals will thank you for it!
My cat went there to be spayed. A very small incision on her belly and everything healed well and quickly.
