It's sad that you even have to give one star to write a review. I was there with my dog ​​in a real emergency situation due to acute respiratory distress (of course, without an appointment). We weren't even allowed to speak. Neither the man at reception nor the woman who then approached us showed any understanding whatsoever. The woman immediately sent us out without us even being able to finish speaking. Then she invited another person waiting in. After the door slammed shut in our faces, the man from reception came out and told us again, quite clearly, that we were not welcome. I cannot recommend this place! My dog ​​was then given emergency care at the Germersheim Animal Clinic. Outrageous – my dog ​​would have suffocated that same day without treatment!!
