I can only express my deepest gratitude once again for the emergency service, even though I had to leave the practice without my cat. I have never experienced such loving care. Everything was explained in detail, every blood test result, every abnormality on the x-ray. Even the blood draw was done in a way that was as stress-free as possible for the cat. Every possible course of further treatment was explained thoroughly, and we were given time to make a decision. Everything was done calmly and with great care. No rush, no stress, everything for the animal's well-being. We were able to accompany our cat on her final journey in peace and say our goodbyes. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

A very friendly team of women; we received excellent professional advice to help us understand the causes of our dog's illness. It's like a veterinary documentary on TV; everything is just right; you're not rushed into anything; they take their time with the owner.
