A very, very nice team of women; they provided us with excellent professional information to help us understand the connections between our dog's illness and the symptoms. It's just like those veterinary documentaries on TV – everything is just right, you're not rushed through, they take their time for the owners.

I can only express my deepest gratitude once again for the emergency service, even though I had to leave the practice without my cat. I have never experienced such loving care. Everything was explained in detail, every blood test result, every abnormality on the x-ray. Even the blood draw was done in a way that was as stress-free as possible for the cat. Every possible course of further treatment was explained thoroughly, and we were given time to make a decision. Everything was done calmly and with great care. No rush, no stress, everything for the animal's well-being. We were able to accompany our cat on her final journey in peace and say our goodbyes. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

The women at the practice are all wonderful. The doctor is incredibly skilled and takes her time, explaining everything so clearly that you don't need a medical degree. They provided us with fantastic support today on Fritz's final journey. Thank you so much! 🙏😞
