I went to Fretzdorf with my panicky dog and my cat, who had a very bad experience at another practice during his last visit. The dog remains panicked and wants to escape...it's a lost cause. But she treated the cat very lovingly, so he only hissed and didn't lash out during the visit. Furthermore, I see the following specific breaches of duty: 1. Procedural errors – no administrative act, no legal basis, no written justification. 2. Abuse of power of attorney – unlawful access to my apartment and my personal belongings. 3. Deprivation of liberty and coercion – removal against my expressed will, sedation without medical necessity. 4. Theft/embezzlement – ​​confiscation of my dog ​​and withholding of my property.
