I went to the vet in Fretzdorf with my panicky dog ​​and my cat, who had a very bad experience at another vet's office during his last visit. The dog remains panicky and tries to run away...it seems like a lost cause. But she was very gentle with the cat, so he only hissed during the visit and didn't lash out. Despite the fact that my dog ​​is a very well-socialized, eager-to-learn, and peaceful animal, she was traumatized by your official actions. These measures resulted in massive infringements of my fundamental rights: Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the German Basic Law – Right to physical integrity (sedation, restraint, deprivation of liberty), Article 13 of the German Basic Law – Inviolability of the home (unauthorized entry with my key), Article 14 of the German Basic Law – Guarantee of property (removal of my dog ​​without an administrative act), Article 1 of the German Basic Law – Human dignity (treatment as a source of danger without evidence). Furthermore, I see the following specific breaches of duty: 1. Procedural errors – no administrative act, no legal basis, no written justification. 2. Abuse of power of attorney – unlawful access to my apartment and my personal belongings. 3. Deprivation of liberty and coercion – removal against my expressed will, sedation without medical necessity. 4. Theft/embezzlement – ​​confiscation of my dog ​​and withholding of my property. This course of action has not only severely impacted my mental health (persistent dissociation, panic attacks, insomnia), but also constitutes a serious breach of trust in state institutions. My dog ​​is presumably traumatized by the Pappenbruch animal shelter; her nose is injured, and based on my experience, she was abused (trauma patient - highly sensitive to behavioral changes, triggers, and avoidance behaviors).
