We took our dog to the veterinary practice. The assistant and the veterinarian treated him with great care and spoiled him with treats. All our concerns and questions were addressed thoroughly, and various examination options, including prices, were discussed. We are delighted with such a wonderful team and would highly recommend the practice.

An exceptionally good veterinarian who is always friendly and whose genuine care for animals is immediately apparent. She takes her time, listens attentively, and explains everything clearly. My dog ​​Tyson feels very comfortable with her. I would also like to mention Ms. Heim, the veterinary assistant – always friendly, warm, and with a smile. Tyson likes her very much. The other veterinary assistants are also lovely. I have high standards for veterinarians and am very selective in my choice. This practice is all the more impressive: they respond quickly, act promptly, and schedule appointments in a timely manner. We've been to many veterinarians, but we've stayed here because everything is just right. I highly recommend her.

I've been taking my Chihuahua bitches there for a few months now and I've always been satisfied. Appointments are always available at short notice, waiting times vary—sometimes very short, sometimes longer, but always acceptable. The team and Dr. Grafl are all very friendly and welcoming and take their time with the animals.
