Very professional, very friendly. She loves animals... :D
Over the past 4 month, our cat showed symptoms of kidney or thyroid disease (puke, lot of drinking, hair loss...). Despite having explicitly asked for blood test, none have been performed during the 3 visits we made. Ineffective treatment have been applied (echo, vitamine, flee treatment) and no diagnostic has been provided. Today, our cat Hizoka, 13 years old, died during the night after an evening of agony. Maybe our poor German and /or the COVID situation explain this lack of professionalism, or maybe there were other reasons. But pretending that a blood test is « too costly » is not a good argument in my opinion. I am no vet, but I believe more could have been done. Dear doctor, if you can read this text, please provide a better understanding and service to your next foreign customer. Or be honest if something is blocking you from applying a correct treatment.
