We took our dogs to Ms. Harms' last week for their vaccinations. The staff are all very friendly and take their time with the dogs. My Bernese Mountain Dog usually needs a little time, as he's very wary of strangers. Thank you so much, and we highly recommend it!

This practice is simply incredible. I've never felt so well cared for and safe. Our Ellie was examined and treated with great care and sensitivity over several days, even during the emergency service. The veterinarian is exceptionally friendly, takes his time, and explains everything clearly and patiently. The staff are also truly wonderful—warm and competent. I couldn't have wished for anything better for myself and Ellie. Thank you so much for the outstanding care!

Overall, a good practice – friendly and competent. However, my main concern is that the procedure for the castration was barely explained beforehand. I was only told that the animal should be brought in fasted and picked up later. The fact that I was handing the animal over completely and would not be involved in the process was not clearly communicated. Personally, I would have liked to be present during the administration of the anesthesia, as I find that more reassuring for both myself and my pet. Especially with surgical procedures, I would like more explanation and clear information about the process. In my opinion, there is room for improvement here.
