From the opening to the very last day of our wonderful dog Hagrid's life, we were in such good hands at the Großpösna veterinary practice! Every little problem was taken seriously, we were welcomed with respect, and received comprehensive advice, diagnosis, treatment, and care. We even took our Goldendoodle, who was over 13 years old, to the practice for his final appointment – ​​with so much care, empathy, and yes, love for the dog. And yes, I felt so welcome and cared for too; I've never experienced anything like it at any other veterinary practice. From helping carry in a dog who couldn't walk (I'd barely turned off the engine when the veterinary assistant was already there!) to providing comfort food and giving him endless time during the euthanasia. Thank you so much! It truly made my last day so much easier! Now, after the grieving period, I'm incredibly excited for the end of July when I can bring my puppy, Alfred Pennyworth, to the practice for the first time!

Our dog Fritz was very ill. We received competent and very friendly treatment. The urgency of a possible surgery and further treatment at a clinic was also clearly explained to us. Today was our first visit to the new practice, and we immediately felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. Our dog received a thorough examination, and everything was explained to us clearly. We will gladly recommend the successors of our dear, long-time veterinarian, Dr. Giese, and we will, of course, return whenever our four-legged friends need help. We were able to bring our dog, a ram, to the practice as an emergency case. Even the initial phone call was pleasant and characterized by insightful questions. This continued throughout our visit. The team was warm, well-coordinated, and competent. We felt truly well cared for.

Our expectations were truly exceeded in every way. The entire team is incredibly empathetic and friendly. You can immediately tell that these are people who genuinely care about animals and their owners. The practice itself is modern, very professionally organized, and pleasantly digitally equipped. I especially appreciated the transparent cost information provided beforehand. This gives you a very good and honest feeling, particularly when your pet isn't insured. The surgery appointment went absolutely smoothly. Our dog received excellent care, and we, as owners, were also very well supported. It was invaluable for us to be present while he was being put under before the operation and when he woke up afterward. Overall, an exceptionally positive experience. We felt completely at ease at all times.
