My dog ​​Lotte had to undergo emergency surgery due to a uterine infection. After the operation, she suffered kidney failure, and her blood work was catastrophic. The entire team was incredibly compassionate and caring towards Lotte and her owner. We spent hours at the vet's every day; she needed numerous IV fluids and medications. Thanks to their loving care, she pulled through 👍 and made a full recovery. Thank you to the whole team!

Thank you so much for helping our cat last week evening. We were very distressed because he was so ill. He's feeling much better now and is almost back to his old self.

We had to go to the emergency vet on Sunday evening to end the suffering of our beloved cat, whose condition had suddenly deteriorated significantly, and to say goodbye. I have never experienced such a callous veterinarian and am appalled by the rude and tactless way both we, the grieving family, and our cat were treated. It was an exceptionally sad situation for us, and we were practically thrown out without being given enough time for a proper farewell. Instead of compassion, we were even met with accusations. I expect respect for the animal, the bereaved, and the situation in such a moment. Unfortunately, we searched for that in vain. It's a shame that we now have to remember our final farewell like this.

We called on Sunday at noon about dog bite wounds, and they were able to come immediately so the wounds could be cleaned and stapled. A very compassionate team. A great tip if things take longer in Stötteritz. 🫶🏻
