We were at the vet's office again today with our Amy and, as so often before, were very pleased with the competent, empathetic, and calm manner in which our furry friend and her companions were treated. Thank you very much and have a happy new year.

Thank you so much for helping our cat last week evening. We were very distressed because he was so ill. He's feeling much better now and is almost back to his old self.

We called on Sunday at noon about dog bite wounds, and they were able to come immediately so the wounds could be cleaned and stapled. A very compassionate team. A great tip if things take longer in Stötteritz. 🫶🏻

We had to go to the emergency vet on Sunday evening to end the suffering of our beloved cat, whose condition had suddenly deteriorated significantly, and to say goodbye. I have never experienced such a callous veterinarian and am appalled by the rude and tactless way both we, the grieving family, and our cat were treated. It was an exceptionally sad situation for us, and we were practically thrown out without being given enough time for a proper farewell. Instead of compassion, we were even met with accusations. I expect respect for the animal, the bereaved, and the situation in such a moment. Unfortunately, we searched for that in vain. It's a shame that we now have to remember our final farewell like this.

We were at the emergency vet clinic today with Dr. Beuche, and our dog Pepe received quick and professional help, as always. We want to say thank you again for the prompt treatment. Pepe is already feeling better. Thanks again, Family Kleinert
