Professional and friendly customer service. 😊
Even though our beloved cat is no longer with us, we would highly recommend the veterinary practice and especially Dr. Dinges. He did his best to save our cat, but due to his age and various health issues, we had to say goodbye to our feline friend. Dr. Dinges lovingly and compassionately guided us through this process. We were thoroughly informed about every step of the euthanasia procedure beforehand, and even our young son was involved in an age-appropriate way. Although it was a sad experience for our family, we felt very well cared for and comforted. Our grief was treated with the utmost respect; for example, there was a small memorial candle in the practice that was lit for our cat. We were also able to simply go home and received the bill by mail a few days later. After about three weeks, the practice even sent a sympathy card. This touched us deeply and is certainly not something to be taken for granted.

We would like to thank the entire team at the Wachau veterinary practice for the excellent care they provided our dog Piet for so many years. We always felt well looked after. Thank you to everyone. They were highly competent, friendly, and everything else that goes with it. Short-notice appointments were always possible. Thanks to this team, our dog was with us for a remarkable 18 years and 5 months. Thank you for that. Even during our final, difficult time with him, we received compassionate and supportive care. They even lit a candle for him. Thank you for everything.
