We had a bad experience with the neutering of my rabbits. I called several times to ask what the maximum cost would be. When I went to pick up my rabbits, I had to pay before I even saw them, and unfortunately, it was significantly more than agreed upon, apparently due to the cost of sutures. Because of this, I was forced to use money from my partner's card. Unfortunately, this has severely damaged my trust in this clinic. I will never take any animals there again.
Transparency, friendliness, and professionalism characterize this practice. I had my cat spayed here, and everything, from the initial consultation to the surgery and aftercare (stitch removal), was perfectly organized. The team takes time for medical questions and is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
