I only made one phonecall and it was very satisfactory. I hope I will not have to call or visit the place again which means our cats are healthy. But if I have to I know the cats are in good hands.

I was already a patient when Dr. Perez first opened the practice, and now—partly due to my dog's age—I'm a regular customer again. These days, we usually see other veterinarians in the area, and we feel very well cared for there as well. Two surgeries have already been performed, both of which went exceptionally well. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and competent. I would especially like to commend Dr. Niesrath, who always takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and treats patients with great care and warmth. I can wholeheartedly recommend the practice and am very grateful for the wonderful care!

We are truly disappointed. Dr. Perez has been our vet for many years, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to get an appointment, especially for minor emergencies. The assistant then tells us to wait until a week from now. By then, the eczema has worsened, and the dog has licked herself raw from the itching. Medication can't be dispensed without examining the dog (which I understand), but there are no suggestions for alternative treatments until the appointment. This isn't the first time we've needed urgent veterinary care because Frida was really unwell, and we couldn't get a quick appointment then either. It's a shame; there was a time when it was possible! We will now be taking Frida to the Dr. Vorbohle Health Center. Our experience has shown that you are never left alone there, in emergencies big or small.
