Dear Dr. Loth, we would like to sincerely thank you and your team (especially you, Ms. Hein, Mr. Schön, and Mr. Hashad) for your dedication! Last week, we brought our Canadian Sphynx to you for FORL dental treatment. Unfortunately, during the procedure, for no apparent reason, she experienced severe bleeding in her mouth (this area wasn't even part of the treatment) and a very rare and unexpected autoimmune reaction. The situation became increasingly critical, and there seemed to be little hope. After hours during which several members of your team lovingly cared for our cat, despite the busy practice, the bleeding thankfully stopped. A special night shift was arranged for us, and I was able to spend 14 hours there with our cat in my arms. I find such dedication and love for animals absolutely remarkable! I'm certain my cat would have been abandoned elsewhere. As her owner, I felt incredibly well cared for and would entrust our cat's life to the LIVANIA team again without hesitation. She is now on the road to recovery and we are very grateful that we did not lose her.
