Tierarztpraxis Heike Dyroff

We took our cat to the emergency veterinary clinic of Dr. Dyroff on Friday evening and were very satisfied with her practice. Dr. Dyroff did everything she could to make the visit as pleasant as possible for our cat and was very helpful with her calm yet humorous manner.

We have been with Ms. Dyroff with our 17-month-old Doberman male since he was a puppy. From the very first moment, she was so loving and passionate about his work. We went there for the first time when he was 11 weeks old. Milo was allowed to run free, sniff everything, was stroked and greeted warmly. Nothing else. A week later he had his examination and vaccinations. That was absolutely great, as Milo associates everything with positive things and shows no fears. Milo always walks to the door with his wagging tail. What more could you want ❤️👍🏼 I also enjoy the fact that there is always enough time planned, there are no stressful situations caused by waiting room encounters, and everything is explained to you. We feel completely at ease and can only recommend her. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. You can tell that she does it with complete dedication and heart for the animal.

A truly wonderful veterinarian! We took our cat there, who doesn't exactly have an easy personality. 😂 Despite the circumstances, Ms. Dyroff did a professional job. We (Alaska included) are very grateful!
