Great practice and always friendly. Our little girl is in very good hands there. You always get help and a quick appointment. You're very well informed, and every treatment is discussed in advance. I can't confirm any overpriced prices, so I can't complain. The heart condition was diagnosed quickly and is being treated. Regular check-ups are performed. We enjoy going there and will continue to do so. Just because you've had a bad experience doesn't mean you have to always be negative. That can happen anywhere, and every doctor will say something different (based on experience).

We (the Neu family) from Giessen have recently started taking our dog Claria to the above-mentioned veterinary practice. We feel very comfortable there. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Roth again for the friendly advice he gave us on the phone (Wed., Dec. 17, 2025, 4:50 p.m.).

I can't imagine a better veterinary practice. They take ample time, explaining precisely and clearly what will be treated and how. They also explain the costs and how to pay them. Any questions are answered quickly, thoroughly, and understandably. I'm happy to travel a bit further for this. As a pet owner, I feel completely at ease here.

They are very competent and handle dogs 🐕 and cats 🐱 very well. Friendly, helpful, and provide good explanations when you have questions. I would gladly use their services again ❤️

In August 2025, I took my older Pomeranian to Dr. Hesse's veterinary practice in Staufenberg for dental work and I was absolutely delighted. The practice is very clean, the entire team is friendly, and appointments are easy to get. The price-performance ratio is also very fair. I would especially like to commend the veterinarian, Vanessa Vergenz: very empathetic, highly competent, and she took plenty of time to explain everything thoroughly. The pre-arranged blood test went completely smoothly, as did the dental work itself, which my dog ​​tolerated very well. My dog ​​is usually very reserved around strangers, but here she was easily handled by both Ms. Vergenz and the veterinary assistant – that speaks volumes to me. The follow-up care was also competent and prompt. I can recommend this veterinary practice 100%.
