For many years, Ms. Reiche cared for my beloved cat Mara with great empathy, dedication, and a remarkable intuition for her diagnoses. I always felt she was in good hands until I had to have her put to sleep. Even during her final, heartbreaking moments, she accompanied us with dignity, compassion, and plenty of time. She was available for examinations on her weekends off during this time. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, our furry friend developed an abscess of the anal gland shortly before Easter. Despite it being Good Friday evening, Dr. Reiche was there to provide us with friendly, compassionate, and professional support. That same evening, our darling was back on the move. On behalf of Hanni, we would like to thank you again for your wonderful care.

One star for the quick appointment scheduling, for the friendly veterinary technician, and for the very clear explanation of the costs. Unfortunately, we won't be going back because the way my (really easy-going) large dog was handled was not very competent, and my dog was somewhat mocked. We're now going back to our old vet, who has absolutely no problems with our dog.

We had an emergency appointment with our cat on Saturday. She was actually already closed and technically not her designated veterinarian—but she still took such incredibly kind and competent care of us, took a lot of time, explained everything clearly, etc. We'll therefore be switching vets and going to her in the future. :) Many thanks again—highly recommended!

I've already been there with my old Great Dane and was very satisfied. We received great care after his cancer diagnosis, right up until our last breath at home, and they even arranged for a fantastic undertaker for us. Very empathetic, and they always took the time to answer any questions I had during my cancer diagnosis. I also feel very well looked after with my new Great Dane. We had Giardia, and all the usual medication and precautions didn't help. We looked into alternatives, and in the end, after more than three months, we were finally rid of her. The practice we were referred to for the heart and abdominal ultrasounds was also great! I feel well looked after there and am happy to recommend them. Several friends have already switched with their cats and are also very satisfied.
