Very good and competent care! Always available to contact – and helpful advice! Even with hopeless diagnoses (according to the veterinary clinic), he still finds treatment options, thanks to which my little Great Dane – just under 8 months old – is currently doing really well – especially as owners, we've found renewed courage for her future! I'm happy to accept a 300 km drive for that.

Simply outstanding, even though the occasion wasn't so joyful. Despite it being a public holiday and early in the morning, Mr. Wagner acted immediately and put our Emma out of her misery. We had previously been referred by several other veterinarians to a supposed on-call service that didn't start until 8 a.m. Mr. Wagner didn't look at the clock; he simply acted. Many thanks for that, our utmost respect.

We were satisfied for years. He always took his time and was patient with our cat. We could contact him at any time; there was trust. Now, unfortunately, our cat almost died if we and the other veterinary practice hadn't reacted so quickly. If they had done a blood test and x-ray here in the spring instead of just listening, it would have been possible to see that he has an overactive thyroid, which causes his heart to race and water to flow in. For over 6 months, water was able to flow into his lungs/chest! A total of 360ml was drained. He lost over 2kg, could no longer eat or drink, and almost suffocated because his lungs no longer had any room. Money was never an issue; we would have done everything to ensure our cat's well-being. According to our phone call, Heiko would have put him down, whereas others perform punctures and do everything they can to ensure he survives. Unfortunately, my email has not yet been answered. The costs totaled almost €3,000, and there's more (we could have contributed) that could have been avoided if the tests had been done. So I gave him heart tablets for two months, which neither helped nor harmed him. We won't be coming back.

A month ago, I took my one-year-old cat to the vet because of a seizure. They initially said he'd fallen from somewhere or gotten stuck in a window. Then they took several X-rays and told us his intervertebral discs were compressed. They didn't X-ray his heart or do a full blood workup, which I don't understand because blood tests can reveal most of the causes of a cat's problems. On Friday, the cat had another seizure, and we went straight to an animal hospital. There, they discovered he'd had a heart condition since birth, with an enlarged heart, and the next diagnosis was aortic thrombosis. Just a few minutes later, the cat was euthanized at one year old. I'm wondering how they can charge €600 if they don't properly examine a cat and a living being has to be euthanized as a result. I wouldn't recommend this vet!
