Simply outstanding, even though the occasion wasn't so joyful. Despite it being a public holiday and early in the morning, Mr. Wagner acted immediately and put our Emma out of her misery. We had previously been referred by several other veterinarians to a supposed on-call service that didn't start until 8 a.m. Mr. Wagner didn't look at the clock; he simply acted. Many thanks for that, our utmost respect.

For years we were satisfied. He always took his time and was patient with our cat. We could contact him anytime; we trusted him. Unfortunately, our cat almost died if we and the other veterinary practice hadn't reacted so quickly. If they had done a blood test and x-rays this spring instead of just listening to his heart, they would have seen that he has hyperthyroidism, which causes his heart to race and fluid to accumulate in his chest. For over six months, fluid accumulated in his lungs and chest cavity! A total of 360 ml was drained. He lost over 2 kg, couldn't eat or drink, and almost suffocated because his lungs had no more room. Money was never an issue; we would have done anything to make sure our cat was okay. According to our phone conversation, Heiko would have euthanized him, whereas others would have drained fluid and done everything possible to keep him alive. Unfortunately, my email has not yet been answered. The costs amounted to almost 3000 euros, and there's more (which could have been covered by some contributions) that could have been avoided if the examinations had been carried out. As it was, I gave him heart medication for two months that neither helped nor harmed him. We won't be coming back.

Excellent and competent care! Always available and helpful advice! Even with hopeless diagnoses (according to the veterinary clinic), he still finds treatment options, thanks to which my little Great Dane puppy – almost 8 months old – is currently doing really well – and we as her owners have especially regained hope for her future! I gladly accept the 300 km drive for this.
