🌻Very understanding, they take the time to answer all questions and explain everything clearly. 🌻No long waiting times thanks to appointments. 🌻This is the first veterinary practice where my dogs willingly go in without fear and are happy to see the team. 🌻Whether it was for Alex's surgery or the diagnosis of Timo's allergy, we felt very well cared for at all times. 🌻The instructions for medications are printed, not handwritten, so everything is clear and foolproof. 🌻Parking is always available on-site. The train connection is also perfect. 🌻We've already recommended this practice to family and friends, and everyone is extremely satisfied.

The veterinary practice in Bad Saarow is simply fantastic! Our dog Nerle always receives loving, calm, and highly competent care. It's immediately clear that the entire team truly cares about the animals' well-being. All the staff are friendly, empathetic, and take plenty of time to answer questions and provide explanations. We always feel that Nerle is in excellent hands and that her needs are taken seriously. The organization, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the practice are also absolutely top-notch. Now we finally want to thank this wonderful practice and the entire team 😊. Our cat Ozzy was a regular there for a while last year and had to have surgery. He came through it all very well. Ozzy was examined and treated calmly and lovingly. The explanations about the findings, prognosis, and even the financial aspect were always open and honest. I'm all the more grateful for the incredibly empathetic approach of the entire team. Luna needed to have some teeth extracted – a situation that naturally worried me. But from the very first moment, I felt completely at ease. All the staff are not only highly competent but also exceptionally friendly and, despite the large number of patients, truly take their time for both animal and owner. I was particularly impressed by how calmly, patiently, and lovingly Luna was treated. You can immediately tell that they work with heart. The consultation was also thorough, clear, and honest – I always felt confident in making the right decisions for my pet.
