Despite having an appointment, I had to wait an hour. Not ideal! Otherwise, everything was great!

I always get help quickly. Excellent advice and it saves me money. A fantastic practice!

We've been taking our dog Melli and our cat Resi to the Spankowsky veterinary practice for several months now. From our very first visit, we felt very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the vet is extremely kind and competent, answering all our questions, ordering medications, and providing excellent care for both the animals and their owners. The practice operates on an appointment system, which works perfectly.

Unfortunately, we had to change vets. They used to be excellent, but for some time now they've been a disaster. Our cat had been having mouth problems for a while, and we asked about it several times. Each time, the only response was, "Hmm, but I can't see anything." When we pointed out that there was a reason she was suddenly opening her mouth so much, unlike before, the only response was, "Yeah, there must be a reason." Without any explanation or even a closer look. When my sister told us about her visit with her cat, that was the last straw. Her cat is blind, and they ignored our warning to be careful. Naturally, he was frightened and tried to defend himself, even swiping at our hand with his paw, but you absolutely don't hit back in that situation, especially not as a vet! That's completely unacceptable. We definitely need to change vets!
