We came to Dr. Benter with our two furry friends based on a recommendation. It was the best thing that could have happened to us, especially since we'd had a really difficult time with our Old English Bulldog, a bit of a "problem child," whenever we went to the vet. We've never felt so well cared for and advised. We particularly appreciated the uncomplicated and quick appointment scheduling, which meant we didn't encounter other dogs, something that usually causes even more stress. Thank you so much for that. Highly recommended.

We took our cat to Dr. Benter's emergency room. It was unclear what had happened to him. But he was not well; he had vomited several times and was very weak. Dr. Benter examined him and could not find any life-threatening conditions. The treatment was very gentle for him. She explained all the treatment options to us and what was necessary and sensible. He was able to go home after administering medication. If, contrary to expectations, his condition did not improve, we were to contact her. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary; Jerry the cat was well again after a few days and was just like usual. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your kind and very competent help.

Veterinarian Ms. Benter helped us with an urgent emergency in a straightforward manner, even outside of her office hours. She was impressively competent, caring, and very empathetic. I can absolutely recommend Ms. Benter. Thank you for the loving care she provided both to animals and people.

Competence, competence, competence – at every level. Expertise in the field, competence in customer relations and understanding customer needs, competence in the realities of livestock farming – we frequently work with Susanne and her team with our approximately 30 horses and have had excellent experiences. This applies not only to veterinary care in emergencies, but also to many preventative and health-maintenance measures. Furthermore, we have attended several of their training courses, which have always been very beneficial for our participants.
