Dr. Pfitzner and her team are simply impressive. Aside from the fact that the team works very harmoniously and the atmosphere is cheerful even during the most stressful of everyday life, I would like to praise this veterinary practice highly for its competence and empathy. Whether it was our cats in the past or our Doberman today, the treatments are excellent. The animal is treated according to its temperament. They are made to feel at ease, and everything is explained in detail to the owner if they have any questions. After an anesthetic that our dog didn't tolerate, the team was always available. Dr. Pfitzner called late one evening to check on our Luzi and offered to call us at night (because it was acute). I've had many pets in my life, in many different places, but a vet like this is worth her weight in gold. Despite moving, I now drive 40 minutes to her to give my dog ​​this loving treatment. If you love your pet and care about it, this is the right practice for you! (Patient for 2 years with a dog, previously 3 years with cats)

Great vet and great team, great work. They are very empathetic and patient. We were there yesterday for a necessary spaying of my dog ​​(a 5 1/2-year-old miniature dachshund). I was afraid of the anesthesia and possible side effects, but the team alleviated my concerns through lengthy discussions and their expertise. Everything went well, and the dog is doing fine. I always enjoy going there, and so does my dog. The animal's well-being is definitely their top priority, which gives me a very good and secure feeling.
