I highly recommend the Gürtler veterinary practice. The entire team is incredibly warm, empathetic, and understanding. Everyone is always ready to listen to the concerns of pet owners. Dr. Gürtler is very competent and sooooo empathetic. Here, the focus is on the animal, not on making a quick buck! They always consider each animal individually to determine the most appropriate treatment. They don't just try things out to see what might work. Treatment is always targeted and prioritizes the animal's well-being. I love bringing my two cats here for checkups and treatment because I know my girls are in excellent hands. A truly wonderful team! See you next time!!!

An incredibly friendly team at the practice and a veterinarian who, despite emergency cases, takes the time to connect with both animal and owner. It was the first time my dog, who is terrified of vets, wasn't forced onto the table but simply treated at his own level and in his comfort zone. Contrary to my expectations, he even accepted treats, which he always refused during other medical treatments. Dr. [Name] was also able to alleviate my worries as the owner. Even though the underlying situation wasn't new to us, it's still always upsetting to have to go to the vet outside of vaccinations. She also provided some information and suggestions for the dog's further treatment. A very empathetic and very, very kind team. I am incredibly grateful that we found this practice and were accepted as an emergency case. I'm happy to wait for this, as every patient is treated with so much heart. 🤍 Jack also sends his thanks again!

I don't even know where to begin, it's simply amazing!!! One phone call, we were squeezed in, and they helped us immediately. The team was incredibly dedicated and friendly. They took excellent care of our 4-year-old Golden Retriever, examined him thoroughly, and considered every detail. I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

...we had our first visit to Dr. Gürtler and her team today. Our feline friend, Anton, had been suffering from a terrible stomach ache since yesterday. We had been very dissatisfied with the veterinary practice where we usually go for routine check-ups for quite some time. I've heard many good things about Dr. Gürtler's practice. I called the practice in my worry about our little tiger and was immediately and very kindly reassured by Ms. Schwartz, who also pointed out that Anton really needed a vet. I was offered an appointment for the very next day. So, at 7:00 p.m., we arrived at the practice with our troubled cat. Ms. Wittek greeted us. Even with all our worries about our cat, we immediately felt welcome and received a huge amount of empathy. When Dr. Gürtler called us into the examination room, she listened very attentively to our observations. During the subsequent examinations, not only Dr. Gürtler but also... Dr. Gürtler and Ms. Schwartz not only reassured our four-legged feline friend, but also the worried two-legged ones, and explained everything so well. A comprehensive blood test was performed (at our request, not pressured into it), an IV was administered, and valuable advice was given. The blood test results were analyzed on-site. Ms. Wittek had already assured us beforehand, "Don't worry, no bad news." The symbiosis between humans and animals is definitely paramount here. These three warm-hearted women understand how to help both animals and people. And yes, Ms. Schwartz, even the bill hasn't changed my opinion 😁 Now you have us as new patients. This practice is absolutely recommendable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
