Four stars because she helped us quickly with our pet's paw, however, after treatment, another vet took over the care, and we couldn't find a suitable appointment! Then we had another case with our pet who was feverish and weak, and we went to see her, but no one was there, and we still can't reach her by phone, nor has she called back… so again we went to a different vet, where we will ultimately stay… otherwise, she's a friendly woman with a big heart and love for animals.
