We had an emergency with one of our bunnies. He didn't eat for 12 hours, so we decided to go directly there at 8am, as it was too early in the morning to call for an appointment. They didn't delay a second. My bunny was promptly assessed by Maja Wolf and taken inside. His X-ray was taken in a matter of minutes, and soon Dr. Röwer provided answers and guidance for the next steps. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic, and, even without an appointment, took her time to explain what was going on, and what she would do. Later that day, after we came to get our bunny back, she once again was kind enough to provide us information to better act in the case the problem persisted, and how to prevent it. During the last visit, Corinna Herrmann brought our bunny, cleaned him up, and got him ready to be taken back home. I can't stress enough how professional, reliable, quick, and kind they were. They are passionate about what they do, and this makes all the difference.
