Although Ms. Franke had Easter Monday off and was almost off work, she waited for us with our dog, who was on the verge of collapsing on the motorway during our holiday return home and was already completely apathetic. She took all the time in the world and helped our dog. She was very empathetic and kind and explained everything to us, even though we had never been to her before. She was our savior. I am certain that without Ms. Franke, our dog would not be alive today. If I could, I would give her 10 stars. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

I took my dog, who has dementia, to the emergency vet because she was having a panic attack and couldn't recover. Despite the late hour, Ms. Franke took a lot of time for us, cared for us lovingly, and was able to help my dog. Overall, I received excellent advice.
