My dog is a real scaredy-cat, having had bad experiences at the vet as a puppy, and he's also generally a sensitive soul. I've never experienced a veterinary practice that caters to the animal's needs so much. Normally, I feel bad when my dog won't sit or lie still on the examination table and is therefore difficult to treat. Here, neither I nor the dog are made to feel negative. If necessary, the examination is done on the floor. He's never been forced onto the table! I'm incredibly grateful for that. This kind of care isn't a given! Dr. Thomasmeyer explains everything thoroughly, and I feel completely at ease. Ms. Knobel is also wonderful and confident in handling my timid dog, even when he needs to stay still for treatment. Whether it's an eye infection, dental work, or a bite wound – I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone, because they truly treat their dogs with compassion.

Super friendly practice and veterinarian… I urgently needed to see a vet and, although appointments were required, I was seen immediately. Thank you so much and keep up the good work! 👍 5*

I've been a patient of Dr. Thomasmeyer's practice for two years now and have nothing but good things to say. She's a very friendly and competent veterinarian. Ms. Merkel is also very kind and nice, and they take plenty of time for the animals. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly, take their time, and answer questions. I feel very well cared for with my two cats.

We've been patients here for about a year now and can highly recommend this practice. The practice: Modernly equipped. For example, the tables are height-adjustable, which saves me from having to lift my dogs. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Parking is available with plenty of space to unload your pet. The staff: Both the veterinarians and the receptionists are friendly and empathetic towards the owners and their dogs, whether it's a routine check-up or an emergency. Example: I took my elderly dog, Layla, there a few times. We had her routine check-ups, vaccinations, etc. They always took great care to handle my little one gently and find the best solution for her, even when the day came when her time was up. The examinations were conducted calmly and professionally. They explained our options to us calmly and with great sensitivity. Sadly, we then had to let her go. On that day, all the staff were very courteous and approached us with such a welcoming atmosphere that the transition was so dignified and relaxed, making it easier for us. I imagine it must be difficult to deal with people who have just lost their beloved pet, but the people here managed to guide us through it well. Now we're back in their care with our new dog and our foster dog, and we're still very happy. If I need help quickly or a deworming treatment, no problem—one phone call and the appointment is made or the deworming treatment is picked up promptly. However, I also recommend bringing your dog in for an initial check-up while they're healthy, so you're registered as a client and don't only come in an emergency. Prices: They are what they are. Owning a pet isn't and never has been cheap, and it's something that should be carefully considered. For me, the prices are reasonable. However, I can only recommend getting pet insurance for your beloved furry friend. Special features: This small animal practice is part of a network for emergencies, so you don't have to spend hours searching for who's on call. I think that's great. Finally, I'd like to thank the entire team again.

I switched to this practice about a year ago. My dog is always very excitable and insecure. Dr. Thomasmeyer isn't bothered by this at all; she remains very calm and caters to each dog individually. I think that's fantastic, and I've never experienced anything like it in all my years of veterinary care. Furthermore, everything is explained in detail. The reception staff is always friendly, too. Highly recommended; we feel comfortable and well cared for there.
