Yesterday we took our dog Käthe to Dr. Koch for the first time and we are absolutely thrilled! The practice exudes such a welcoming and calm atmosphere that Käthe was completely relaxed. The examination was thorough, and the consultations were informative and relaxed. It couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back! ☆☆☆☆☆ stars!

A top-notch veterinarian and a fantastic team! I bring my two dogs here and am completely satisfied. Dr. Koch is very empathetic and takes an incredible amount of time – both for the thorough examination and for the consultation. I really appreciate that she explains the different options clearly. The practice is exceptionally well-organized, equipped with modern technology, and the entire team is always very friendly. The fact that house calls are available, not just in emergencies, is a wonderful service that gives us great peace of mind. We feel we are in excellent hands here!

We've been taking our animals to this practice for several years and have felt very well cared for from day one. We initially came as emergency patients with our cat and have consciously stayed ever since because we've rarely experienced a veterinary practice where we felt so professionally and personally treated. Later, we primarily used the practice for our chronically ill cat. Due to his many health issues, weak immune system, and regular medications, we frequently interacted with the entire practice team. Whether on the phone, ordering medication, or in person, we always received friendly, patient, and competent care. We are especially grateful to Dr. Koch for the most difficult moment of our lives. When our cat became so critically ill one weekend that we had no choice but to have him euthanized, she was available and arranged for us to meet at the practice shortly afterward. She made this final journey as comfortable as such a moment could possibly be, with incredible calm, dignity, and compassion. Thank you for that. We also always felt we received excellent professional advice. Diagnoses and explanations were comprehensible and honest. A big thank you also to Mr. Heider, who unfortunately no longer works there. Many thanks to the entire team for your support over all these years.
