Tierarztpraxis Dr. med. vet. Christine Koch in Isenbüttel bei Gifhorn

I've been going to this veterinary practice for over 15 years. My current cat is well cared for. Dr. Koch is very competent and very empathetic. I can get an appointment quickly and the waiting time is short. The practice team is friendly.

We've been taking our rabbits to Dr. Koch's practice for a long time and have always been completely satisfied. She takes the time to explain the exact problem to the owners, what options are available, and gives an honest assessment of the chances of recovery. The animals are treated with care and caution, and as owners, you don't have to worry about entrusting your pets to her care. The two colleagues at reception and those assisting in the examination room are, like Dr. Koch, incredibly friendly and always try their best. In emergencies, we've never been turned away or put off for days, which could have cost our animals their lives. I highly recommend this practice to everyone! 🐰🐶🐱❣️

We are very satisfied with the practice and Dr. Koch, as well as the staff. Our cats have always received very considerate and effective care! Even in emergencies, appointments are available quickly, and we also receive excellent advice for long-term problems. It's convenient that we can pay by debit or credit card. We have health insurance for our cats and needed a copy of their medical records, which wasn't a problem either. Overall, I feel that our animals are well cared for here and that we are well-informed. Everyone is incredibly friendly, which makes the visits very pleasant :)
