Handle the pets really well
Top
We've been coming to this veterinary practice for years and are more than satisfied with all the vets. The staff at the front desk are also friendly and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice and know that not every vet is available on Saturdays.
Honestly, I don't really know what to say... The first impression was incredibly warm. The staff was super friendly. However, the way the vet treated me was questionable. She wasn't rude, but she made me feel so uncomfortable that I was close to tears. Labeling a dog a problem simply because it's in pain and doesn't want to be treated seems questionable to me. Overall, it felt like she had a problem with the breed itself. And the advice to teach my dog how to behave before treating him was equally questionable. With a breed like that, you should be aware that you're essentially buying into any health issues. Sorry, but she had zero empathy.
