Good veterinarian with good staff and hospitality

I used to be very satisfied, but unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable there with my animals. I think she takes too many liberties and criticizes my animals too much, and makes bad jokes, which is completely unacceptable. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who has more empathy for me and my animals, someone where I feel comfortable going to the vet.

The veterinarian seems competent. However, we felt a lack of empathy, understanding, and in-depth explanations. Questions were answered, but very briefly and with hardly any explanation. On the advice of our dog trainer and another veterinarian, we had our dog temporarily neutered with a microchip when he was about 10 months old. The veterinarian at this practice couldn't understand this decision, which is perfectly understandable and correct, as she argued based on current studies. We just felt a lack of understanding that we had been given incorrect advice beforehand. Even though she more or less expressed her understanding, her manner made us feel incredibly guilty. Since you already feel terrible when you find out you unknowingly exposed your pet to a physical risk, we would have preferred a more supportive approach. The practice itself is very clean and modern. As I said, the veterinarian does seem competent. It's more of a personal feeling for me and my partner, which is why we'd prefer to go to a different veterinary practice in the future. In defense of the vet: There had been an upsetting and stressful situation with another dog before our visit, so the entire practice was a bit upset.

Due to my cat's illness, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The veterinary assistants were incredibly kind and helpful, which is quite rare in some practices. The veterinarian, in particular, is so competent, knowledgeable, very informative, and warm. She helped my cat quickly. I highly recommend this practice. We feel very well cared for there. 👍😻😘
