In general the vet doctor are friendly and professional but the receptionist there sometimes lack of patience. As an English speaker sometimes I do not speak well German but they do not bother to listen my fully sentence and interrupt me or raise real loud their voice

We felt very well cared for from the very beginning. The entire team was incredibly friendly, calm, and empathetic – both towards our pet and us. You can immediately tell that they work with a lot of heart and passion. Everything was explained clearly, and they really took their time. Thank you so much for the wonderful care and the quick, competent help. You don't find such a loving approach everywhere. Absolutely recommended!

We are so happy we made the decision to make this our pet veterinary practice. Twenty days ago, we sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved pet, but we were lovingly supported 🥺🙏 even though it was the worst day of our lives, she didn't suffer. Today we were there with our Schila. As always, everyone was so kind and Schila had absolutely no problems; she almost seemed to be enjoying herself. The way animals are treated at this practice is truly wonderful. Everything is explained clearly, and they take their time with each patient.
