I am so disappointed! On Wednesday, I called to ask if I could pick up my cat's eye drops on Friday because he's in pain again and his eyes are inflamed (chronically bad). The woman on the phone said, "Yes, of course, no problem, just come by, we're here!" Then I went to the clinic and said I wanted to pick up the eye drops for Ruffy, and she said, "No, that's not possible, they're prescription-only, and there's no doctor here!" My question was, "Is my cat supposed to suffer and be in pain over Christmas?" Her answer was, "Yes, you'll have to go somewhere else, there's nothing I can do now." Oh, and where am I supposed to go on a Friday right before Christmas, after work, without spending a fortune as a single parent??? Get another job; this kind of thing has nothing to do with animal love. This clinic is dead to me!!!!

We feel very well cared for here and have been going to this practice for many years.

The staff are always willing to listen and help with even the smallest issues without any hassle. I feel like I'm in excellent hands. Yes, treatment can be expensive, but the doctor is very thorough, explains everything, answers all my questions, and, in my opinion, has a great way with people (in my case, cats).
