Please do not go to this vet. He doesn't like/ fear big dogs. He gave me alprazolam to give to my dog before bringing him to the clinic. alprazolam sedates the dog and makes him drowsy. I didn't know the reason behind the medication. So I have given that to my dog. My dog was disoriented, drowsy the entire day. He was not able to walk properly. Please avoid this vet if you can.
The staff are always ready to listen and help with minor issues without any fuss. I feel very well cared for. Yes, a treatment can sometimes be more expensive, but the doctor is very thorough, explains everything, answers all my questions, and in my opinion, has a wonderful way with (in my case, cats).
The doctor saved my cat. I'm very grateful♥️
We feel very well cared for here and have been going to this practice for many years.
I am so disappointed! On Wednesday, I called to ask if I could pick up my cat's eye drops on Friday because he's in pain again and his eyes are inflamed (chronically bad). The woman on the phone said, "Yes, of course, no problem, just come by, we're here!" Then I went to the clinic and said I wanted to pick up the eye drops for Ruffy, and she said, "No, that's not possible, they're prescription-only, and there's no doctor here!" My question was, "Is my cat supposed to suffer and be in pain over Christmas?" Her answer was, "Yes, you'll have to go somewhere else, there's nothing I can do now." Oh, and where am I supposed to go on a Friday right before Christmas, after work, without spending a fortune as a single parent??? Get another job; this kind of thing has nothing to do with animal love. This clinic is dead to me!!!!
