Reviews
I'm extremely satisfied; I've been here before with my late cat, and now with my two cats as well. She takes excellent care of the animals, even those that are very timid. She also addresses the owners' anxieties – it couldn't be better.
Our dog became seriously ill this morning. He was examined very quickly and had to be euthanized. We are grateful for the excellent care we received from Ms. Trawiel.
A complete rip-off! Yesterday we took a small baby hedgehog (a wild animal) there because it had bite wounds infested with maggots. We wanted it treated, but in the end, we received a bill for €150 and had to pay it immediately. Today, we learned from animal welfare that they shouldn't have charged us at all; they should have been able to get the money back from the authorities themselves, since it's a wild animal and not our private pet. And now we've discovered that the treatment was completely ineffective, and they still deducted €150 from our bill. (As a private individual, you don't have to pay for the treatment of a wild animal; the veterinarian has to get it reimbursed by the authorities themselves!!)
A very competent and friendly practice. Quick diagnosis with ultrasound, excellent value for money, you don't get ripped off, our dog is doing great again thanks to the pericardiocentesis.
A very friendly and competent veterinarian. Unfortunately, I've had to have two cats euthanized, but she was very compassionate. I've since gotten a new cat and have also taken him to her practice. She will continue to have my complete trust.
