Despite not having regular office hours, Dr. Jansen's veterinary practice welcomed us immediately and lovingly cared for our kitten. She explained in great detail what we should and shouldn't pay attention to. I already have a dog, whom I usually take to a different vet in Hamburg. Comparing the two practices clearly shows how different the services and prices are. The care provided by Dr. Jansen is truly first-class.

After a sleepless, shocking night with a convulsing, staggering kitten, I went to Dr. Jansen's walk-in clinic on Saturday morning—after consulting with the emergency veterinary service, who examined Fiene at 1 a.m. I had already called ahead before the clinic opened and was able to go straight there. Dr. Jansen took a lot of time for us, treated Fiene with great love and care, provided us with medication and a recommendation for the animal hospital, and also openly discussed the possible course of events. I was inconsolable, sobbing uncontrollably, and was comforted. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Jansen; she gave me excellent advice and I will definitely take my animals back to her practice—Dr. Jansen is very experienced, approachable, and definitely has a big heart for animals!

She has a lot of experience and is very friendly to both people and animals. She's direct and clear, which isn't always to everyone's liking, especially when it comes to their own misjudgments or expectations regarding their pet. I trust her and enjoy going there... and what's even better: despite being neutered and vaccinated, our dog loves her.
