In March 2022, we urgently needed the vet for our pony. He had been our vet for years. Luckily, we hadn't needed him for two years. When we desperately needed him again, he told me he didn't have time and that we should call the vet we had been using recently. We hadn't needed another vet. That was the last straw. We then called a different vet. He had to euthanize our pony because there was nothing more that could be done.

Mr. Grafen was the first vet to treat my horse as a foal, and no other vet has been allowed near her since. My mare (now almost 4) seems to attract illnesses, and Mr. Grafen is ALWAYS there for us without reservation! No matter the diagnoses – severe anaplasmosis, serious emergency injuries, etc. – we sometimes had a new problem every week, and he never seemed to mind. In special cases, he even seeks second opinions from colleagues, is always dedicated, incredibly competent, and simply highly recommended. I am more than satisfied with Dr. Grafen and Ms. Wenzel. They are always ready to listen, easily reachable, and my pony's treatments were excellent. Medication can be picked up in front of the practice, so there's no time constraint.

Mr. Grafen recently visited my Tinker, Jango. My little guy has hoof cancer on three hooves. Mr. Grafen explained everything very well and took a lot of time for us. And I know he's there if I have any questions or need him. A fantastic vet.

Now our number one choice for orthopedic issues! We've never had a vet who examines each horse so thoroughly and impartially! Precise diagnostics and interdisciplinary treatment, communication with farriers and therapists, follow-up calls to check on progress… We ourselves, as well as several people to whom we've recommended them, are always extremely satisfied!
