The vet has cleared the pugs. They received vaccinations without L4. Fortunately, that was possible. Mr. Kohl is going to get the Vaccicheck for me. Super happy about that. Just titer the dogs, no unnecessary vaccinations.

An absolute disaster! If I want to give my pet more empathy and expertise, I'd rather put it on the next train than drag it back to this practice. Overpriced, unfriendly, and seemingly more interested in lining their pockets than actually helping an animal. Anyone who wants what's best for their pet should steer clear of this dump!

My visit to this veterinary practice was absolutely unacceptable. The very first interaction with my cat was shocking: she was roughly and abruptly pulled out of her carrier. At that moment alone, I wanted to leave the practice immediately. Even more serious, however, was the subsequent injection of an injection, despite my explicit request that I did not want this. I found this approach extremely unprofessional and disrespectful – both to me as the owner and to the animal. Overall, I got the impression that animals are treated here with a great deal of coldness and a complete lack of empathy. For me, this is absolutely unacceptable in a profession that carries so much responsibility. If you love your pet and expect calm, respectful treatment, I believe you should not go to this practice. I cannot recommend this veterinarian in any way.

We have been patients at this practice for years with several horses and our dog, and we are very satisfied. There are several veterinarians at the practice, and they are available even for emergencies on weekends, which is important to me. I am particularly impressed with Dr. Kohl. He seems very competent, and his findings and treatments are transparent to me.
