Many thanks to Mr. Koston and the entire friendly practice team for the expert treatment of our dog. They were always available and supported us with advice and assistance until the very end.

I absolutely cannot understand how so many people can be satisfied with a practice like that. I was there with my cat, but I wasn't even allowed to stay in the examination room while she was being examined, and she came back so incredibly distressed. I can't say anything about their competence at all; perhaps things have changed over time. But I'm never going there again. In my opinion, these people have no clue. Just because someone has a degree doesn't mean anything. I'd much rather see a vet who has 40 years of experience than newcomers who've just finished their studies.
