My horse is being cared for by the Schmid fecal laboratory at the ZSE. If any questions arise, Karin is easily reachable and takes the time to provide expert advice and explain important connections. Highly recommended and customer-oriented!
I've known Karin since 2011; she saved my horse's life twice. Through homeopathic treatment, she managed to reduce my laminitic horse's coffin bone rotation from 14 degrees to 3 degrees. According to conventional medicine, he was unrideable, but thanks to Karin, we had many more wonderful rides (in all gaits). She also treated an open knee joint where synovial fluid was leaking; my horse was only able to hop on three legs. Everyone at the stable thought he would be euthanized. But Karin managed to get him back to being able to walk for 10 minutes just four weeks later. I would call Karin again in a heartbeat and always recommend her. I would also give her service 5 stars; if you can't reach her, she calls back.
Karin saved my horse's life and, in my opinion, is one of the most competent veterinarians I know. Every question is answered completely, and the best part is that she has taken note of the horse's complete history, so she always knows exactly how to help. A top-equipped mobile veterinary unit with digital x-rays, including explanations and follow-up by phone or in person, is included. I highly recommend Karin Schmid! The same goes for the fecal lab. Everything is very straightforward, and the personal attention is a huge plus here, too! No matter how hard I think about it, I can't find anything negative. For us and everyone I've recommended her to, there's no one better. We definitely have a veterinarian who's a veterinarian; I'd love to have something like that for myself and my family in human medicine, too. I can only say: THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
